Procurement FF&E and OS&E

Our dedicated procurement team ensures our sources meet the very highest standards of efficiency, cost control, customer service and quality. A depth knowledge of technical specifications allows us to ensure that what is procured is consistent with the vision of the Client and aligned to the quality and the budget requirements. Once a purchasing policy and delivery timetable is agreed, we use our trusted network of suppliers to identify suitable supply sources. We then begin to negotiate the best possible conditions on your behalf. As a company with a long history in the market we receive special discounts from various suppliers which we pass directly onto our Clients. We are able to work under different budget constraints from the low-cost to the luxury without diminishing the ’look’ and quality of the design. The main steps we follow during our FF&E and OS&E procurement are:

Pre-specification budget
and operational review

Accurated review of the products presented to the Client at the initial design presentation. Our analysis ensure to meet the design and operational requirements as well as the budget from the first specification.

Bidding

Identification of the right sources at the appropriate quality level of the project and bids the items to obtain the best possible pricing.

Order creation

 

Using our dedicated application, we create POs from the approved budget and issue the PO to the customer for online approval.

Warehousing and Freight management

Using logisti&freight forwarding companies as long term business partners, we oversees the movement of all inland and overseas freight.

Vendor payment processing and comprehensive reporting

We matche the vendor invoice against the customer-approved PO and create and issues checks to the project suppliers.

We provide online customer access to budgets, order status and invoicing reports.

Logistic and Transport

 

Thanks to our close relationship with the major freight forwarders, specialized in transportation of furnitureand furnishing accessories, we are able to take care and manage the delivery of the goods directly to the construction site. Our transportation service is offered in the most countries of the world. According to the Customer needs we can organize a delivery by truck, by ship or by air.

 

To ensure that furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) and operating supplies & equipment (OS&E) are properly delivered and installed, transportation must be optimally coordinated, meeting rigorous packing requirements, and ensuring that the right goods arrive at the right site and at the right time.


Our wide warehouse allows us to collect, for any Client, articles from different manufacturers, ensuring the maximum supply chain efficiency Thanks to this optimised logistic system, we can offer a high quality transportation service at a very competitive price.

 

Interior Design and Project Management

Damas Company Group provides a comprehensive Interior Design and Project Management services, all of which aim to ease and streamline the construction process for our Clients and all the other stakeholders. From our two centres of excellence in Italy and Russia, we coordinate the project, while project managers and our FF&E installation teams are dispatched around the world to provide on-site assistance and hands-on management.

We develop in details every part of the project since we know that a good design is the key for a successful project execution.

From the outset, our project management specialists guide Clients through creating the best possible concept, scheme and detailed designs. Our project design process also include planning and development strategies, cost-management plans, regular reviews and monitoring, all of which are documented in timely and proper reports.

Pre-design phase: initial consultation 

Analysis of the Client requirements including time schedules and budget to create a design brief.

Core design phase: concept design, design development, project documentation 

Scheme boards presentation including FF&E articles, developing working drawings, plan set and renderings (including 3D visualizations), finalize selection of FF&E articles,preparation of the final project drawings,preparation of the estimated budget and time line,

Post designing phase: Project management

Project management plan creation, project management supervision (on time, to budget), progressive site visits to ensure design intent is actualized.
